My appointment was for 10A.M. on a Sunday.I arrived earlyand was immediately met by a representative. He told me he would handle everything and showed me to the waiting room. Assorted bagels, cream cheese, jelly, butter, water, coffee, or, tea was were waiting. I selected a bagel and coffee and settled in for a long wait. Surprise, within an hour, I was back on the road, service complete. I had an exceptional experience and would recommend having your car serviced here, even if you were not under warranty.

Went in for a routine maintenance, and was greeted by the friendliest gentleman (i wish i gathered his name). Wait was on par with any other service. I was sent off by Myrna. She was the sweetest. A++++++

My tech rep was excellent and explained what service I was having and advised not to rotate my tires as they were ready to be replaced. Check out was the only pitfall. I used a check rather than pay the credit card service fee (which, in my opinion) should be factored into your pricing. It took at least 5 minutes for the clerk to process my payment and come back with a form to say I was responsible for any bounced check and some other items which are all covered by the law, I believe. That is the weak link at this dealership and may affect my getting my car serviced here in the future.

I am writing this review for David Wong/Assistant Service Manager to express my appreciation for his exceptional customer service. David definitely exemplify good customer service. Today, I had to return my car back for service after taking it on Saturday because the hood would not close completely. However, David was empathetic about how I was feeling and he showed that he cared. David is the reason I continue returning to Autoland in Springfield, NJ. to get my car serviced. In my opinion, excellent customer service means a lot to me. I had a great experience with my recent purchase at Autoland Toyota Springfield, NJ. Beka Maghradze, the sales representative is very attentive to all your needs and will do everything to meet your requirements and help you to make a right choice. The service was the only thing that went right. The purchase of the car was terrible. The carfax that I signed cause I didn't see the car was wrong. The care was supposed to have 18000 mils. It had 35000. So the price was very unfair. But I couldn't cry about it. But when I brought it back I ask the sales manager if it was his personal car that he was buy would it be worth 46k after taxes. He could not answer me. Very unfair and I will never buy anything else from auto land. My fist car in 93 was an 84 SHO from autoland. Now these guys don't care about anything other than money. I feel violated. But like I said they had to replace 3 tires give a wheel alignment and oil change to the vehicle just to make it even looks like it's worth 35000. The service was top notch

My car was making a horrible noise so I called to be seen the same day. I was told they were very busy (it was Friday) to come in early the next week. I told them it was an emergency and they took me right away and my car was fixed the next day. And they did let me know my car was dangerous to drive with the issue it had. I was impressed with everyone I dealt with.

Had the pleasure and blessing of being taken care of by Myrna Moran, Service Advisor. Ms. Moran was beyond professional in helping us. Unfortunately we had a flat tire on our RAV4 Prime on a Saturday and had called several dealerships but were unsuccessful in scheduling an emergency service call. Ms. Moran helped us throughout the process, and despite not having an appointment, we were able to get a new tire installed within a few hours after dropping off the vehicle. Ironically, while waiting for the call to pick up our car, we mentioned Ms. Moran's excellent customer service skills to our daughter. She shared the Myrna also helped her a few months earlier and had also extended herself in providing excellent service. We have all decided that moving forward we will be going to Autoland for servicing of our cars!

My experience with Toyota Autoland was wonderful! They were able to service my car quickly and only do the necessary maintenance.
