Efficient and fast service. When they realized they had to keep the car overnight they set me up with a nice clean loaner asap. Paperwork was smooth. Myrna was super helpful in coordinating and communicating and made sure I had my rav4 back in 24 hours. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Avoid at all cost. I had the worst car purchasing experience with Autoland. 1) On their website I saw a car with a good price; then I arrive their to buy the car, they said it's a cash only price (the website doesn't suggest so). I end up paying $1000 more because I don't want to spend more time searching. 2) They pushed me to use their lender and asked for sensitive SSN related information, my friends numbers, my employement, my housing, my past addresses, etc.. I have never provided so much info to anyone. not even when I buy a house. Too bad, I was in a hurry to buy a car and I did. I'm concerned of privacy issue now and I have to request a bunch of protection for my SSN and credit access. 3) They pushed me to drive the car back home the same day, which I said many times I don't have to. If I use my own bank i can get the pay check and loan issued, then I drive the car home. But they pushed me to drive it home and asked for a check. I told them my insurance company will issue a check and I'll give the check to them. Then the next Monday a guy called Mike (whom I didn't meet during the visit) called for down paymet check and told me that I promised in his face to give the check Friday or Saturday (we just visited the dealdeship at the end of Thursday). Come on, if you need the check now just say it. I have no problem paying you. But don't sugget I'm a lier, in a very rude voice. I'm new to New Jersey and I have a credit score >800. I may not know well how things work here (like am I supposed to drive the car home the same day?), but I don't lie. In total, they are pushy, rude, dishonest. I will never come back here and will never recommend here to anyone.

I want to give a big shout out to Zaheer who took the best care of me when getting into my new car. The level of compassion and kindness was unmatched. He took his time and made sure I found the right one. Highly recommend working with him!

It was a good experience for me and my family. I was on phone and text contact with Sales Rep Eric Zagadou for weeks. Needless to say l was nervous so I kept calling him with question after question and he was patient and helpful. I will definitely recommend Autoland to friends.
