During this time as the situation develops rapidly, we believe it’s important to be transparent about how our team at Autoland is responding to the outbreak.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus. Our thoughts are especially with those who are ill, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. To the selfless healthcare workers around the globe working tirelessly on the front line to care for those in need, we are grateful for everything you’re doing.

Our philosophy as a business is to approach this situation with empathy and urgency; Our top priority is the health and well-being of our employees and of the customers we serve. We are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety and meet your needs while doing our part to keep customers, employees, and the community safe.


Here’s what we’re doing:

Fresh Start Vehicle Sanitizer Anti-Microbial Program: With this program, we use anti-microbial technology on the interior cabin, A/C ventilation system and cargo/ trunk area of your vehicle to safely eliminate 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus and other harmful organisms and odors from your vehicle.

White glove service: During this period, we will offer complimentary pick up and drop off vehicles for service appointments.

Enhanced cleaning measures: We’re following recommendations from the CDC and using powerful sanitizers with a targeted focus on high-touch and traffic areas.

Contact Protocols: Recommended social distancing best practices are being adhered to.

Mitigating Risk: Through cancelling internal training events, encouraging work from home for those able, and instructing staff to stay home if they feel ill.

Increasing Knowledge of Best Practice: Through daily emails to our team here at Autoland, we are ensuring our employees are up to date on the latest news concerning the virus and are demonstrating best practices on how to stay safe and healthy during this time.
