Coming soon to the Toyota lineup, the 2018 Toyota C-HR. Expected to arrive in the American markets sometime in Q2 2018, the name C-HR is short for "Coupe High-Rider". The Toyota C-HR is expected to have a 2.0-liter, turbocharged engine that will produce 144 horsepower. The vehicle will be equipped with a CVT transmission, with a manual-shift mode. At the moment, the C-HR will only be front-wheel drive and not have an all-wheel drive option.

Below are the key features you can expect to find in the 2018 Toyota C-HR, provided by Car and Driver:

  • 7.0-inch multimedia screen and a 4.2-inch multifunction display between the gauges
  • Leather-wrapped steering wheel
  • Power-folding and heated exterior mirrors
  • Auto-dimming interior mirror
  • Dual-zone climate control
  • Blind-spot monitoring
  • Rear Cross-traffic alert
  • Heated front seats
  • Power driver's seat

Look out Honda HR-V and Kia Soul! There's a new competition on the horizon, in this increasingly growing segment! Like every Toyota vehicle, the 2018 C-HR is expected to come with Toyota's reliability, quality and resale value.
